Thermofoiled doors are sometimes referred to as thermofoil, laminate or vinyl doors and are very popular for closet, kitchen, bathroom and garage type applications. Over 30 thermofoil colors are available, many with matching melamine backs.

Replacement MDF cabinet doors can be purchased unfinished, primed, painted or thermofoiled in a variety of solid and woodgrain finishes. Thermofoil products can be referred to as: “thermofoil”, “foiled”, “laminate” or “vinyl”. Thermofoil cabinet doors are created when a layer of PVC vinyl is applied to MDF board using a combination of vacuum pressure, heat and high-quality, catalyzed glue. Thermofoil kitchen doors, bathroom doors, closet doors and cabinet doors are very durable and economical.

Currently, we stock over 30 thermofoil colors, most with matching melamine backs.

Thermofoil material can also be purchased without the peel and stick adhesive. These vinyls would average between 50” to 57” wide and linear footage can be rolled off per your instructions. Different methods can be used to apply this material including a variety of countertop glues, contact cement, or solvent-based sprays.

Shaker style MDF doors are available in both 1-piece and 5-piece construction and can be thermofoiled in a variety of solid and woodgrain colors. Unfinished Shaker wood products are available in a myriad of wood species ranging from the rustic feel of Knotty Pine to a sophisticated Cherry.
